Ziply

What is Ziply?

Ziply is a brand authority platform for B2B companies that measures how AI assistants answer your buyers' questions, shows why your brand is or isn't in those answers, and helps you publish the content that gets cited.

How is Ziply different from an AI visibility tracker?

A tracker reports a number for prompts someone chose. On the platform packages, Ziply starts from your buyers' own questions, tells you whether a change is real, shows what to publish to close the gap, and connects the result to traffic and pipeline.

Who is Ziply for?

B2B marketing teams whose buyers research vendors with AI assistants — from growing software companies to mid-market firms.

Do I need every part of the platform?

No. Start with measurement and add the rest as you act on what you find. Each package adds the next part of the loop.

AI Visibility

Which AI assistants does Ziply cover?

ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Copilot Search in Bing. Which ones are tracked depends on your package.

Where do the buyer questions come from?

On Core, Growth and Scale, from your own evidence — sales calls, CRM notes, support tickets and reviews. On Free and Signal, from a standard set of the questions buyers ask in your category, which Ziply maintains.

Why does Signal show the direction of a change rather than an exact figure?

Signal tracks a smaller set of questions, so it reports whether you're moving up or down rather than a precise figure. The platform packages measure enough to tell a real change from normal variation.

Can Ziply guarantee my brand will be cited?

No. Ziply shows where you stand and what to change. No one can guarantee what an AI engine will say.

Site Audit

What does the Site Audit check?

Eight areas: answer-first structure, citability, entity clarity, structured data, internal links, AI crawlability, freshness and governance — graded for each page and for your site as a whole.

Can I audit more than one site?

Every package includes one site. On any paid package you can add more at $45 per site per month. Extra sites are audit only.

How is this different from an SEO audit?

An SEO audit checks what helps a page rank in search results. Ziply's audit checks what helps AI engines read, extract and cite a page — whether the answer comes first, whether claims carry sources, and whether AI crawlers receive the full page. Many fixes help both.

Does the audit change my site?

No. It reads your pages. Where a fix can be generated, Ziply gives it to you to apply.

Are projected grades guaranteed?

No. A projection is a range with its assumptions stated, not a promise.

AI Crawler Analytics

Which AI crawlers does Ziply recognise?

The crawlers of the major AI assistants — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google and Microsoft — covering search, user-fetch and training crawlers. The list is kept current as vendors add new ones.

Should I block AI crawlers?

That's your decision. Ziply shows what each block costs: blocking an assistant's search or user-fetch crawler can keep your pages out of its answers, while blocking a crawler used only for training does not.

Is AI Crawler Analytics on Free or Signal?

No, it's included from Core. The Site Audit on every package still checks whether pages arrive empty or are blocked by robots rules.

Intelligence

Where do topics come from?

From gaps in AI answers and your team's own plans on Core; from your sales conversations, market trends and media research as well on Growth; and from customer reviews too on Scale.

Which call recorders can Ziply connect to?

Gong, Chorus, Fathom, Fireflies, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, plus recordings or transcripts you upload. Deal outcomes come from HubSpot or Salesforce.

Does Ziply store my call recordings?

No. Ziply keeps the evidence it draws out and short, redacted quotes, with a link back to your recorder for the full conversation.

Can I add my own topics?

Yes — a launch, a campaign, an event, a competitive response or an executive priority, with a date where it has one. They're ranked alongside everything else.

Are market sources copied into my content?

No. Sources arrive as short excerpts with a link to the original, for you to cite. Ziply never reproduces the full article.

Content

Does Ziply write the content for me?

Ziply drafts from the brief and your brand context, and your team edits and approves it. Nothing is published without a person deciding to publish it.

Do I have to change my CMS?

No. You write and check content in Ziply, then publish through the CMS you already use — WordPress, HubSpot or Webflow.

Which CMSs does Ziply export to?

WordPress, HubSpot and Webflow, plus HTML and Markdown for anything else.

What happens to figures from internal documents?

They're flagged, and the draft can't be published until each one is approved, replaced with a public source, or removed.

Can I bring in pages that are already live?

Yes. Import a page from your site and Ziply shows what it extracted before creating the draft.

Amplify

Does Ziply send from my own accounts?

Yes — from the email and LinkedIn accounts you connect. Your accounts connect through each provider's own sign-in. Ziply doesn't store your passwords or login credentials.

How do the sending limits work?

Each connected account has daily and weekly limits set below the platform's own thresholds, with lower limits while a new account warms up. When a day is full, messages move to the next available day.

Can I make sure someone is never contacted?

Yes. Anyone who unsubscribes, bounces or asks not to be contacted is suppressed across every list and campaign.

Can I send on behalf of an executive?

Yes, with their permission. Each message records both who it was sent as and who sent it.

Performance

Which tools does Performance connect to?

Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Microsoft Clarity — plus HubSpot or Salesforce for attribution to pipeline on Scale.

Do I need to add new tracking code?

No. Performance reads the analytics and search tools you already use, and AI Crawler Analytics reads your CDN or server logs. AI crawlers don't run JavaScript, so a script would miss them.

Can Ziply prove a page was cited because it was crawled?

No. Crawling doesn't cause citation. Ziply shows each stage separately, so you can see where content drops out without mistaking one stage for the cause of the next.

What's the difference between Signal and Core?

Signal tracks the standard questions buyers ask in your category. Core measures the questions your own buyers ask — drawn from your sales calls, CRM notes, support tickets and reviews — and adds more AI engines, AI Crawler Analytics and performance reporting.

Why aren't Core, Growth and Scale priced here?

They're set up around your evidence sources, sites and goals, so we price them with you.

How many people can use Ziply?

As many as you like. Every package includes unlimited seats.

Which AI assistants does each package cover?

Free and Signal cover ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Core adds Claude and Gemini, Growth adds Copilot Search in Bing, and Scale adds Google AI Mode.

Managed service

Do you offer a managed service?

Yes, on Core, Growth and Scale. We run Ziply for you and do the organic work that earns AI visibility — no paid advertising. Contact us to scope it. See managed service.

Do you run paid ads?

No. Managed service is organic only — no paid advertising, sponsored placements or bought links.

Do we still have our own Ziply account?

Yes. You have your own account and can see everything we do in it.

Who approves what gets published?

You do. Nothing goes out under your name without your approval.

Do you manage Reddit and LinkedIn for us?

Yes — openly, as your brand. We manage your presence in Reddit and other communities within their rules, and run your LinkedIn newsletters, groups and following.

Can you work alongside our marketing team?

Yes. We can act as your marketing team, or as an extension of the one you have.

Can we take it in-house later?

Yes. Everything we build lives in your Ziply account, so your team can take over whenever you're ready.

How is it priced?

Can we audit client sites from our own account?

Yes. On any paid package, add client sites at $45 per site per month. They're audit only.

Can we track AI visibility for clients from our account?

No. AI visibility is measured per brand, so each client needs its own account. Your team can be invited into each one — seats are unlimited.

Can we white-label the reports?

No. Reports carry Ziply's name.

Where is my data stored?

On Amazon Web Services in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Which AI providers process my data?

Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google (Gemini), through their commercial APIs.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It's kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted.

Is Ziply certified?

Not yet. Independent security certification is in progress.

What's the difference between Free and Signal?
